Bro. Folger introduced the topics for the meeting
- Expressed appreciation to missions advisory board
- Introduced Bro. Webster to present missionaries policy

1. Bro. Webster introduced discussion and distributed copies of the missionary policy for review. This is to be studied and ratified at the May meeting.

2. Missions office budget – copies distributed

- Raise money for missions office

3. Explained what ‘endorsed missionary’ is

4. Introduced missionaries – Mr. and Mrs. Rob Watson from Blackstone Valley Baptist Church in Rhode Island

5. Introduced Bro. Frauenhofer to Hungry – veteran (already there) from West Gate Baptist Church in Tampa, Florida

6. Bro. Lewis introduced new website, www.gibf.org – no fees, except setup
- All members need to sign up that want on the list

7. Bro. Farinella – Financial report of Baptist Times (enclosed)
